Thaw Product overnight in a refrigerator. Methods: 1. STOVE TOP - Empty contents into a pot and heat for 10-15minutes, stir occasionally. 2. HEAT IN BAG - Steam for 30-40 minutes in a combi oven at 85°C. 3. HEATIN BAG: Boiling water - simmer for approx 25-35 minutes.
