Description
Meltingly tender beef cheeks marinated in red wine and herbs and slow-cooked for hours.
Preparation instructions
Remove pouch from carton and temper in refrigerator at 5°C for approximately 24 hours. Bring a large saucepan of water to boil. Place pouch into the saucepan, do not cover. Heat for approximately 20 minutes. Remove pouch from boiling water and let stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing beef cheeks and sauce from pouch.
