A hand made Californian-style crab cake, with blue swimmer crab meat, spring onions, whole egg mayonnaise, mustard and red peppers pan-fried till golden.
Preparation instructions
From frozen, bake at 180°C for appromixatley 8 minutes or until core temperature reaches 65°C. From frozen, deep fry in oil at 180°C for appromixatley 3? minutes or until core temperature reaches 65°C.
