Conventional Oven:Remove plastic lid and container. Place foil tray in pre-heated oven at 180°C (cover in foil optional) allow 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and allow 1 minute to stand and serve.Microwave: Remove portion required and place in microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes per serving.
