Remove from oven and allow 1 minute to stand then serve. Microwave: Remove from freezer and allow to defrost at 4°C day before required. Place product in microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 1- 2 minutes per serving. Allow to stand 1 minute and serve. Appliances vary considerably; please adjust heating times if necessary. Filos, once defrosted, can be keep in refrigerator at 4 degrees for up to 4 days. Once cooked filo’s need to be consumed immediately.
