Conventional Oven: Remove from freezer and allow to defrost at 4°C day before required. Place product in a pre-heated oven at 160 °C (Cover in foil optional) allow 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow 1 minute to stand then serve.Microwave: Remove from freezer and allow to defrost at 4°C day before required. Place product in microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 1- 2 minutes per serving. Allow to stand 1 minute and serve. Appliances vary considerably; please adjust heating times if necessary.
