French trimmed and slowly cooked sous-vide style. The meat is juicy succulent and falls off the bone every time.
Preparation instructions
Remove pouch lamb shanks from carton and temper in refrigerator at +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Bring a large saucepan of water to boil. Place pouch into the saucepan, do not cover. Heat for approximately 20 minutes. Remove pouch from boiling water and let stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing lamb shanks and sauce from pouch.
