Preparation instructions
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan forced). Remove brisket and sauce from bag, place in an oven safe dish and cover with foil. Cook for 20 mins or until heated through. Remove foil and slice as desired and serve with sauce. BARBECUE: Preheat BBQ to medium. Remove brisket and sauce from bag. Place brisket on flat or grill plate and cook for 15 mins, turning halfway through. Heat sauce separately until steaming hot. Slice into portions and serve with sauce. Appliances vary considerably, adjust heating times if necessary.
