Description
Diced beef cooked with red wine, carrot, onion, garlic, herbs and spices, encased in flaky pastry and garnished with cracked pepper.
Preparation instructions
The product must be fully cooked prior to consumption. For best results cook in an oven. Ensure internal temperature is above 75°C or piping hot after heating. Oven 1. Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan forced). 2. Remove from packaging and place onto a baking tray and place into the oven. FROM FROZEN: Heat for 18 to 20 minutes. FROM THAWED: Heat for 12 to 15 minutes. Once heated, allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. The cooking times and temperatures recommended are a guide only as appliances vary between brands. CAUTION: Filling may be very hot.
