Shale Point Truffle Brie is soft and velvety with black winter truffle contributing distinctive earthy notes and enhancing the classic mushroomy quality of brie. Handmade in the Adelaide Hills Region.

Preparation instructions

Once opened, rewrap in cling film marked with 10 days Best Before. Store between 0°C and 4°C.
