A polenta tart based on custard made from milk and cream with caramelised onion, pumpkin and roasted red peppers.
Preparation instructions
Conventional Oven: Remove from freezer and allow to defrost. Heat at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 1 minute and serve. (guide only)Microwave: Remove from freezer and allow to defrost. Place in microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 2 minute per serving. Allow to stand for 1 minute and serve. Appliances vary considerably; please adjust heating times if necessary.
