Par-baked oval shaped baguette with a crispy crust and soft centre.
Preparation instructions
Preheat oven to 180-200°C. Allow the bread to defrost at an ambient temperature (15 minutes) or in a cool room (2 hours). Place directly on baking trays and bake for approximatley 4-6 minutes. SECONDAY SHELF LIFE: once baked consume within 2 days. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
