Lye pastry in typical pretzel shape, golden brown shiny surface with cut on top, ivory coloured crumb, eventually sprinkled with coarse granulated salt, airy crumb, crispy crust.
Preparation instructions
Defrost for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and bake in a preheated convection oven at 180°C for approximately 12 - 15 minutes. Baking time and temperature can vary according to the appliance. Secondary Shelf Life for baked product, 24 hours at room temperature.
